Interview
It is important to know the status of the flight: check-in is open, check-in is closed, boarding has begun, boarding has been completed. It also seems useful to know the target gate.

Employees often know the flight numbers well, the proposed conclusion is logical. But how to deal with the dialogue: What's the flight number? Don't know. Where are you flying? To Tyumen.

It would be nice to use a scanner. The passenger does not remember which flight he is from, the scanner can quickly process the ticket.
Storyboard
Mary was going to fly on vacation and took a lot of beautiful things.
On the way to the airport, the taxi got stuck in a traffic jam, but Mary was in time and arrived 30 minutes before departure. She passed the online check-in and must definitely catch the flight.
At the baggage check-in, she was found to be overweight by 5 kg. There were 15 minutes left before departure, and in order to process documents and pay extra baggage, it was necessary to fill out documents and make payment. Mary will definitely not have time.
The assistant invited Mary to the terminal, scanned the QR of the ticket and added 5 kg of baggage in 20 seconds. Mary swiped her card and happily ran to the desired boarding gate.
